Cooking Instruction
Soup:
- Bring chicken or vegetable broth to a boil, add 10-12 frozen dumplings.
- Stir the dumplings slowly with spoon to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot;
- Cover the pot and continue to cook with high heat for 4 mins, when the dumplings float up, turn to medium heat;
- Uncover the pot and boil for another 2 mins, add baby bok choy and green onion and season to taste
- Add udon or ramen noodles to make it a better meal!
Pan Frying:
- Add vegetable oil to cover bottom of a small non-stick frying pan on medium heat;
- Add 10-12 frozen dumplings and heat for 1 min;
- Pour water to the pan until the water covers 1/3 of the dumplings, cover the pan with a lid for 4-6 mins with medium heat;
- Uncover the lid and continue cooking with medium heat until all the water evaporates;
- Once the bottom of dumpling has turned brown, turn off the heat and serve.
