Cooking Instruction

Soup:

  1. Bring chicken or vegetable broth to a boil, add 10-12 frozen dumplings.
  2. Stir the dumplings slowly with spoon to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot;
  3. Cover the pot and continue to cook with high heat for 4 mins, when the dumplings float up, turn to medium heat;
  4. Uncover the pot and boil for another 2 mins, add baby bok choy and green onion and season to taste
  5. Add udon or ramen noodles to make it a better meal!

Pan Frying:

  1. Add vegetable oil to cover bottom of a small non-stick frying pan on medium heat;
  2. Add 10-12 frozen dumplings and heat for 1 min;
  3. Pour water to the pan until the water covers 1/3 of the dumplings, cover the pan with a lid for 4-6 mins with medium heat;
  4. Uncover the lid and continue cooking with medium heat until all the water evaporates;
  5. Once the bottom of dumpling has turned brown, turn off the heat and serve.
